Love how the hotel offers luggage storage, currency exchange, car rental, and airport transfer. It's like they read my mind! Oh, and the East meets the West in the restaurant's dishes. How cosmopolitan!
Yeah, guess what? I didn't like the "complimentary newspapers in the lobby.

Could not fault the staff and the travel lady was fantastic, so helpful and nothing a problem. Everything she organized went to plan and each tour very good. May have paid a few dollars more, but well worth it. Could not fault anything. Front desk were equally as helpful, spoke well and nothing too much trouble. Food was fine, once again, very accommodating. Transfers to and from airport timed to perfection. All in all, very very nice.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and the facilities were fantastic. The 50 meeting rooms provided ample space for our event and the staff was very accommodating. Great experience overall.
The only downside was that there was no dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to a computer and printer for last-minute work needs.

We had a fantastic experience at this 4-star hotel in the heart of the city center. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to colorful handicraft shops, local eateries, and a vibrant nightlife. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and lively, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Chandan, in particular, stood out as an incredibly helpful and accommodating team member, offering great suggestions of places to visit. The service provided at the reception desk was top-notch, with staff who clearly understood the importance of good service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The dining experience was also excellent, with a delicious and varied breakfast offering that surpassed our expectations. we would highly recommend this place to friends.

The staff were wonderful. They were friendly, attentive and well presented. Every request was dealt with quickly and they were pleased to be of assistance. Wake up calls came through as requested so I was able to relax knowing we wouldn't sleep in and miss our pick up for tours.
The buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing. The dining area is small as you'd expect given the size and design of the hotel but that was fine. I was looking forward to some choice of bread given the French influence and found the only option of sliced white bread a let down. Pastries were nice but very limited choice. Our room was on the tenth floor. It was very noisy and the window facing into the hallway let in alot of light at night despite the blind so we had to hang towels to block the light.

Location was really good and the rooms very really nice even though a bit small, but the size of the room was no problem for us.

Exceptional staff, courteous and helpful. Location great, close to the lake and old quarters area. Upgraded to a fantastic room. Staff organized food for early departure. Attention to detail and willingness to help.
Nothing to dislike.

Modern interior design with some strange twists, like rooms with only one small window opening to an inner court yard; therefore lack of fresh air in some rooms. Some rooms are rather small. Friendly, welcoming staff. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Great location.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quite elegant. Although small. Everything worked. The location was great if you wanted to be in the Old Quarter.
There is only one lift so very busy at times and the doors shut very quickly.

Had a great new year's stay at a hotel near the lake. It was conveniently located, a walking distance from all the picturesque streets of the old quarter. the staff was very helpful and friendly, offering us a perfect recommendation for dinner nearby and other experience activities. the breakfast was delicious and perfect for starting the day. the location offered us everything we needed to explore the city.
The room we booked didn't have any windows, so the rooms felt stuffy and a bit musty. the elevator didn't go up to the highest floor, which was quite inconvenient.
